We are seeking an experienced Design Team Lead to head our design function. The successful candidate will lead a small team of designers, ensuring that our products deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX and graphic designers
  • Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices
Requirements:
  1. Education: Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputable institution
  2. Experience: 2-5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms
  4. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
