Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for our software applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled UX designer to take on new challenges and contribute to the creation of engaging, intuitive, and user-centered designs that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are met.
  • Design and develop high-quality user interfaces and experiences using modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate design systems and reusable UI components into development processes.
  • Ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences by designing interactions, workflows, and visual elements for web and mobile platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision.
  • Strong knowledge of human-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and integrating design systems and reusable UI components into development processes.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for design and development workflows.
