Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned director with strategic vision to lead our data initiatives. This individual will oversee the delivery of high-quality business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and top-notch results.
  • Action as primary escalation point for project risks and stakeholder concerns.

Project Governance & Quality

  • Definition of best practices, standards, and quality frameworks across BI, DWH, and Data Science initiatives.
  • Guarantee scalable, secure, governance-compliant solutions aligned with organizational policies.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, data science professionals, and project managers.
  • Technical guidance across BI, DWH, and Data Science domains.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • Driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

Technology Innovation & Adoption

  • Guiding adoption of modern BI platforms, cloud-based data warehousing solutions, and data science models.
  • Evaluation of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and analytical capabilities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 20+ years overall experience, with at least 15 years in leading Data Warehousing, BI, and Analytics delivery.
  • Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale BI, DWH, Data Analytics, and preferably DS projects.
