Career Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Associate IS Engineer. In this role, you will assist with the design, development, configuration, and deployment of end-user technology capabilities, including asynchronous collaboration services.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, configuration, and deployment of projects related to end-user technologies
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong emphasis on Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Provide technical leadership on key initiatives, including integrations, automations, custom applications, and workflow design
- Develop and enforce standard processes for platform governance, security, and compliance
- Monitor and maintain system performance, conducting fix and remediation as required

Requirements
- Masters degree and 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology supporting Microsoft 365, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of collaboration tools, with a solid background in developing and delivering customer-centric and user-friendly digital solutions
- Experience in managing security, compliance, and governance within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365
