Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent communication and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in working with the BroadSoft platform and its applications
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing BroadSoft features and functionalities
  • Familiar with industry standards and best practices for unified communications and collaboration
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
