We are seeking a skilled BroadSoft expert to join our team at ThinkSys Inc. in this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate should have:

At least 5 years of experience in working with the BroadSoft platform and its applications, such as voice, video, messaging, conferencing, contact center, mobility, and integration with third-party systems.

Proficient in configuring and customizing BroadSoft features and functionalities to meet customers' business needs and requirements.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise in developing on top of BroadSoft, including insights into the APIs and Architecture of the BroadSoft system.

Able to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable BroadSoft solutions that meet customers' performance, availability, and functionality expectations.

Familiar with industry standards and best practices for unified communications and collaboration.

Able to collaborate with other BroadSoft experts and engineers to share knowledge and experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on national averages and the level of expertise required.
