About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative power management solutions with a focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit design.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing power management ICs, performing end-to-end verification of power management circuits, conducting simulations and co-simulations of analog and digital circuits, guiding layout engineers and performing post-layout design fix iterations, debugging functional and performance issues in simulations, ensuring design implementation meets PPA (Power, Performance, Area) goals, creating and verifying all relevant design views using sign-off tools, and documenting design processes and results as required.

Requirements include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, 5-15 years of experience with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools, proficiency in AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) and power management design flows, tools, and methodologies, basic exposure to layout techniques and the ability to review layouts and provide constraints, knowledge of scripting languages (SHELL, PERL, SKILL), Excel macros, and MS Visio is a plus.
