As a key member of our team, the U.S. Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Timesheet & Billing function.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in U.S. accounting and possess strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Processing timesheets and generating invoices
- Preparing monthly hours and sales reports
- Coordinating with Payroll, Audit, and Assignment teams
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing miscellaneous invoices and recording income/revenue in the accounting system
- Approving payroll & billing adjustments and resolving timesheet and pay-related issues
- Monitoring and responding to audit queries and reviewing contracts for billing and accounting clauses
- Tracking contract amendments and notifying relevant teams
