Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned networking professional to join our organization as a Senior Network Security Engineer.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our SDWAN, SD Security, and SASE services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network designs that meet the organization's needs and future growth.
  2. Customer Solutioning: Assist in analyzing and responding to RFPs from potential clients, developing and executing PoCs, working closely with stakeholders to understand and address customer requirements, validating design solutions to ensure they meet the customer's requirements and are technically feasible.
  3. Network Support: Provide engineering support for the network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security.
  4. Project Management: Lead network-related projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  5. Team Leadership: Manage a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SSE products and at least 1 year of experience in cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, backup, network, security) and application architecture and deployment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of network engineers.

  • A quick learner in keeping up to date with technology trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, meet multiple deadlines to address multiple issues.
  • Ability to build consensus and agreement between different parties.
  • High level of written and spoken accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal particularly with regard to communicating technical issues to a non-technical audience.
