Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will oversee our financial operations, driving business growth and success. We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial strategy, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive business growth.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in financial software, including Tally and Zoho Books.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and timelines.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in startup or SME environments.
- Hands-on with financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Knowledge of banking procedures and credit management.
