- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product development, packaging, pricing, and distribution.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven working experience as Marketing Manager or Associate Marketing Manager.

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and project management skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
