Production Efficiency Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:- Establish new processes through validation and qualification, including risk assessment via Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
- Train personnel on Standard Operating Procedures and lead compliance efforts for Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives.
- Develop cost-effective solutions to improve product quality by identifying manufacturing issues and overseeing successful implementation into production.
- Collaborate with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
- Contribute to new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment implementation.
- Evaluate regulatory compliance through Validation, Verification - Plan execution and analysis, coordination of manufacturing releases, and change implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing process engineering.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP), design change, and implementation.
- Desired characteristics include experience in Six Sigma and CAPA processes, analytical skills, and methodical individuals with strong organizational capabilities.
