Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Strategist to drive business growth and efficiency through effective management of PLM systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new product development cycles, leveraging knowledge of automotive industry best practices.
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver customization projects, ensuring timely completion within resources.
  • Collaborate with users to provide regular support, guidelines, and training on PLM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with market technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Tech Skills:

  • Siemens Teamcenter Unified/Active Workspace (workflows, structure manager, classification, change management, schedule manager, BOM access control, integrated materials management)
  • Integration with CAD (NX/Solid Edge/AutoCAD)
  • Teamcenter visualization
  • Teamcenter - SAP integration

General Skills:

  • Knowledge of new product development cycle, preferably from automotive industry
  • Understanding of business requirements and ability to map them into system requirements in PLM domain (Siemens suite)
  • Able to manage customization projects, lead teams, and prioritize tasks effectively
