Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions, providing day-to-day production support for deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues related to automations within various finance areas, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Work collaboratively to analyze and resolve system issues for end-users and developers, ensuring all automations adhere to best practices and documentation standards.
  • Assist in change management to help with the adoption of new processes and develop new solutions to continuously improve existing ones.
