Job Description

As a Senior Content Strategist, you will craft and share compelling stories across multiple platforms, staying ahead of an ever-changing landscape to captivate, inform, and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy, blending in-depth explainers, interviews with industry experts, and short-form trend videos, continually adapting to platform changes and experimenting with new features and formats to maximize engagement and subscriber growth.
  • Plan and publish content on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook that brings our research to life, sparks conversations among investors, and turns followers into brand advocates.
  • Translate technical market analysis into clear, engaging articles, infographics, newsletters, and social posts so that users can act on our ideas with confidence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets, pitching our thought leadership, securing interviews and opinion pieces, and ensuring we are top of mind when big market stories break.
  • Work closely with research analysts, product marketing, design, and video production colleagues to maintain accuracy, consistency, and a compelling brand voice in every piece of content.
  • Use data and audience feedback to refine themes, formats, and distribution tactics on an ongoing basis, raising engagement, brand recall, and lead generation over time.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strategic thinker with 8+ years of content leadership experience in financial services or B2B, possessing excellent storytelling skills, a deep understanding of the evolving YouTube landscape, and the ability to drive decision-making through data-driven insights.

  • Able to track emerging trends, features, and viewer habits, and adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
