Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Software Delivery Manager to drive the implementation of cloud-based software delivery solutions for higher education institutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise with Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL to guide technical teams through project planning, execution, and architectural decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years in software engineering with full-stack development exposure, and 5+ years in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams.

Key Responsibilities include Engineering Leadership, Cross-Shore Collaboration, Technical Planning & Execution, Agile Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, and Talent Development.

The selected candidate will manage multiple India-based squads, align priorities, and facilitate smooth handoffs with U.S. engineering and product leaders.

They will also oversee project lifecycle, monitor milestones, and proactively resolve risks.

Basic Qualifications include a proven track record of managing complex projects from discovery through deployment, hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, AWS, PostgreSQL & MySQL, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

The selected candidate must have excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
