Job Opportunity:

Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to design and implement efficient supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This is a remote position with occasional business travel.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients achieve measurable value from their investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to client-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field, with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is required; anything above is a plus.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
