Job Overview

The Assistant Director of Sales is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize room revenue and profit through proactive selling techniques and provide high standards of service levels.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all inquiries and associated processes within the unit from key sales, marketing, and PR channels.
  • Develop and foster business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours of the hotel property.
  • Develop strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable incremental sales revenue.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Results-driven and service-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in handling India and GCC markets and DMCs is preferred.
  • The position will be based in the resort location.
