Transforming Complex Financial Topics into Engaging Visuals

We're seeking a skilled graphic designer to create thumb-stopping content that resonates with our audience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Daily Social Media Content: Design Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art that captivate our audience.
  • Maintain and Evolve Our Visual Identity: Own the development of our social brand guidelines, typography, color palette, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Conceptualize and Create Visual Narratives: Translate content briefs into clear visual stories, data visualizations, and memes that are easy to understand and fun to share.
  • Motion & Video Support: Produce lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels as needed.
  • Data-Driven Design: Analyze performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) and iterate on designs through rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants).
  • Balance Speed and Quality: Deliver quick news-reactive posts without compromising clarity or brand tone.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a clean, searchable library of design files and templates.
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social design for consumer brands or media, preferably in finance/fintech.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for motion.
  • Ability to work with data visualization (turning numbers into clean, digestible graphics).
  • Solid understanding of typography & layout fundamentals, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Capacity to work in fast-paced sprints, manage multiple briefs, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant content.
