Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Lead to spearhead the development of engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

About the Role
  • Create captivating designs for digital and print media, including web layouts, marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Translate brand values into clean, engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand standards across all platforms.
  • Integrate UI/UX principles into design work to enhance user experience and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, CorelDRAW.
  • UI/UX Expertise: Wireframing, prototyping, and design systems knowledge.
  • Tyography & Layout Design: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Design Trends & Marketing Creatives: Knowledge of current design trends, responsive design, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Portfolio & Communication Skills: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and print, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
