This full-time remote role requires developing performance marketing strategies, utilizing AI tools for growth, and analyzing data to optimize campaigns. The lead will manage budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on industry trends. Daily tasks include monitoring KPIs, conducting A/B testing, and managing ad platforms.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • 2-4 years experience in D2C/FMCG performance marketing
  • Expert-level skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
  • Advanced usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Heygen, Suno AI, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Growth hacking mentality with startup mindset
  • Prior experience in pet care or nutrition is beneficial
