Delivery Solutions Manager

The Delivery Solutions Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of digital platforms in buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of experience in managing the deployment of building solutions, including technical knowledge in testing and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems as well as working knowledge of IoT platforms, data analytics, and cloud solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify the use cases and value propositions in close coordination with clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship with client representatives
  • Verify and analyze different IT and OT data sources
  • Understand the workflows and systems inside various buildings
  • Customize platform modules / dashboards to meet project requirements, in collaboration with product managers
  • Develop project-specific algorithms for optimization / prescriptive controls
  • Design project-specific algorithms and methods for automated fault detection and diagnostics
  • Identify the required data for integration based on use cases
  • Utilize the Admin Panel to deploy solutions and configure rules, conditions, and visuals
  • Identify data to be processed and analyzed based on use cases
  • Coordinate and follow up with the tech team for the implementation of the platform (including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization)

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Data Science / Analytics from a reputable university, with at least 10 years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in managing the deployment of building solutions / platforms is required, including defining technical and functional requirements and collaborating with the development team
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing or testing/commissioning instrumentation & control systems, including integrations with third-party systems, is required
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms, IoT gateways, data acquisition, data analytics, and cloud solutions is required
  • Knowledge of Edge Computing and Digital Twins is preferable
  • Experience in coding (Python, React, JavaScript, etc.) and designing developing Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) / dashboards is a plus
  • Holding certifications from relevant organizations/training institutes is also desirable
