Product Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled Product Quality Assurance professional to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile solutions, which are used by diverse organizations across industries.

As a critical member of our Product & Engineering team, you will be responsible for executing structured manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles. Your expertise in manual testing, test case writing, API testing, and automation will be crucial in safeguarding user trust and supporting product innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional teams. Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright) is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure product quality by executing structured manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.
  • Improve reliability and scalability by designing, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.
  • Strengthen API stability by performing thorough API testing, validating integrations, and identifying edge cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
