Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software quality assurance specialist to ensure the highest level of product quality in our integrated platforms. The ideal candidate will develop test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive end-to-end test plans for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations.
    • Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.
  • Integration Testing:
    • Verify real-time data syncs between systems.
    • Debug API failures and audit error logs.
  • Defect Management:
    • Log defects in defect tracking tools like Jira/Monday.com, including steps to reproduce, screenshots/API payloads, and severity.
    • Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
  • Automation & Tools:
    • Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing.
    • Leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.
    • Ensure compliance with data handling regulations like GDPR/SOC2.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is beneficial.
Soft Skills:
  • Analytical mindset to isolate defects in complex multi-system environments.
  • Collaboration skills to work with development teams, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Proactive approach to flagging risks before production deployments.
Performance Metrics:
  • Defect escape rate (less than 5% to production).
  • Test coverage (more than 85% of critical workflows).
  • Regression test runtime (optimized via automation).
