The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working in a design and development role for the ServiceNow Platform, including 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator. They should be proficient in ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNow, RESTful Web Services and APIs, and IT and Security management best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is mandatory. Desired certifications include ITIL Foundations Certification and ServiceNow Developer Certification(s).
