We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Role:
- Greet visitors warmly and address any inquiries they may have.
- Manage phone calls, transferring them to the correct department as needed, and taking messages when required.
- Coordinate schedules by arranging meetings and updating calendars.
- Offer information about our services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as sorting and delivering mail, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces by keeping them clean and tidy.
- Provide administrative assistance to clients or customers with questions about their accounts and general support to staff.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
