Operations Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Team Member. This role will involve leading our organization in operational excellence and contributing to key data-driven activities such as annual planning cycles, corporate awards nominations, and project costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to timely quarterly 'PBA' project-based accounting data collection & analysis
- Assist in data reporting & process improvement initiatives to increase automation & enable scenario modeling
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess good programming skills and an understanding of Relational Databases Management concepts. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years' experience in Incident Manager or Service Management roles, with a strong background in Incident Management Process and Major Incident Management.
