**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our team at NetAmbit. As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential merchants, achieving sales targets consistently, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within the CRM system.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure merchant service and improve sell-side opportunities.
- Escalate effectively and immediately, when faced with internal blockers.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to going live.
- Understand product and various solutions.
- Strong communication skills, oral & written.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.
- Experience in the payment industry or e-commerce would be an advantage.
- Self motivated and result oriented personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with merchants.
- Can communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of e-commerce business in a day.
