Designation - Inside Sales

As a Sales Performance Expert at Brick & Bolt, you will be the first interface for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer data and move leads forward in the conversion pipeline. You will be accountable for hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to identify potential leads and move them forward in the conversion pipeline.
  • Manage leads and ensure customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to provide a remarkable customer experience.
  • Track opportunities and ensure related tasks are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to improve the interface and support customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Energetic and passionate about achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick thinking and target-oriented.
  • Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, or Marathi.
  • Work from our office in Bangalore is mandatory.
  • Experience in customer engagement and a passion for creating a culture of perpetual improvement.
