Program Manager Job Description

At our organization, we are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fellowship programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end programs, including recruitment, campus relations, stakeholder management, operations, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • College Outreach and Student Selection: Manage college outreach and student selection processes to ensure that top talent is recruited for our fellowship programs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student bodies to foster a collaborative environment for our programs.
  • Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fellowship programs, ensuring that they meet their desired outcomes and impact.
  • Pipeline Development and Monitoring: Develop efficient pipelines for program delivery, monitor progress, and measure impact to continuously improve program outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from a top engineering, commerce, science, or arts college.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience as a Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manager, or similar.
  • A strong track record of managing end-to-end programs, including recruitment, operations, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in college outreach, CSR, social impact, and relationship management is preferred.
