Technical Solutions Engineer

We are looking for highly skilled technical solutions engineers to support our campus networking products and solutions.

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to triage, and a high aptitude for learning and teaching.
  • Responsibilities include post-sales technical support, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and recreating customer network issues in a dedicated lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions to customers and internal teams.
  2. Provide post-sales technical support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  3. Recreate customer network issues in a dedicated lab environment to identify root causes.
  4. Collaborate with customer engineering and development teams to resolve technical issues.
