About this role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our influencer initiatives across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Research relevant influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, maintain follow-ups, and update databases regularly.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns, coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Content & Engagement Tracking: Track influencer posts, compile content, monitor engagement, and compile performance reports.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, ensure timely communication, and manage basic negotiation.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
