Job Role: Influencer Marketing Specialist
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic partnerships with social media influencers.
Your primary objective will be to identify, manage, and nurture relationships with key influencers across various platforms, ensuring that their content aligns with our brand values and target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard high-quality influencers who embody our brand's spirit and resonate with our target demographics.
- Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling influencer campaigns, defining clear objectives and performance metrics to measure success.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers; oversee communication channels, contracts, and content calendars.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data; provide actionable insights to inform future campaign development and optimize results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer landscapes to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and influencer platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
