Job Title: Visualiser

Our company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented visualiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visualisation skills, the ability to translate concepts into photorealistic 3D renders, and a keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for projects.
  • Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.
  • Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic outputs.
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated.
  • Prepare and present design visualisations for client meetings and project pitches.
  • Maintain an organised library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Ability to produce photorealistic renders within deadlines.
  • Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detail orientation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
