Job Overview:

The Art Director role involves defining and developing the overall visual style, tone, and artistic vision for 3D projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate an original and compelling visual style
  • Lead a team of 3D artists and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure art aligns with project goals and technical limitations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in 3D art production, with at least 8+ years of experience and 2-3 years in a leadership or senior artist role. You will also have expertise in industry-standard 3D software, such as Maya, Blender, and 3ds Max, as well as experience with texturing and sculpting tools like Substance Painter and Adobe Creative Suite.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can effectively work with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver high-fidelity results through a keen eye for visual quality and consistency.
