Senior Insurance Operations Executive Wanted

Seeking a seasoned Insurance Operations leader to oversee large-scale operations for multiple clients. The ideal candidate has extensive domain knowledge in Insurance and/or BFSI, with a strong track record of operational leadership, client engagement, and delivery excellence across global markets.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead high-performing teams delivering results across multiple accounts, managing 2000–3000+ FTEs.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversight of financial performance, driving growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • BUILD STRONG CXO-LEVEL CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, primarily in the North American market.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, implementing tech-enabled solutions across portfolios.
  • Manage global transitions, developing governance models aligned with business objectives.
  • Inspire and grow large teams; promote a culture of accountability and innovation.

Candidate Requirements

  • 15+ years' experience in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs).
  • Transformation expertise: Hands-on experience with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.
