Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Pune. As part of the QA team, you will be responsible for overall testing activities, approaches, and strategies.

Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and maintaining testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports) to ensure complete test coverage. You will also manage proper execution on different types of testing (functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc).

Facilitating and participating in regular QA team meetings or triage calls is another crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, you will participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments, ensuring seamless collaboration with the project manager and development team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as Software QA, with client-facing experience and strong communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications is essential. Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices is highly valued.

Required skills include manual testing, test planning, test case development, bug tracking, regression testing, SDLC knowledge, mentorship, root cause analysis, and proficiency in Jira/AzureDevops.
