Site Operations Lead

We are seeking a Site Operations Lead to drive site operations and improve cost efficiency. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to manage accounting knowledge, ensure accurate entries and ledger reconciliations, and analyze business performance on a monthly basis.

  • Manage accounting knowledge and ensure all accounting entries and ledger reconciliations are accurate.
  • Ensure proficiency in Oracle and stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement suggestions in line with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or agreements.
  • Analyze business performance on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement in terms of cost efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and optimize costs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for business planning and reporting.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance against budgets.
  • Resolve disputes by validating Certificates of No Objection (CN/NO) and Document Number (DN).
  • Prioritize partner governance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform open Purchase Order (PO) reconciliation with users and resolve billing disputes centrally with Tier 1 Carrier (ToCo) partners.

This role also involves managing site operations, including:

  1. Managing CTA Sites and High Power Small Cell Sites.
  2. Ensuring statutory compliance for own sites.
  3. Reneving agreements and managing vendors for existing sites.
  4. Acquiring lean and low-rental sites and stores.
  5. Reducing rents for existing sites and stores, including Lease Lock-in Renewals (LLRs).
  6. Delivering new sites against targets.
  7. Supporting site upgrades.
  8. Harvesting home passes early.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in site operations management.
