Senior Operations Executive

A dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Executive is sought after to spearhead the overall operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards achieving organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain policies that promote a positive company culture and vision.
- Oversee daily operations, including executive management and team leadership.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages maximum performance and dedication from employees.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Assist in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities.
- Maintain relationships with partners and vendors while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
- Knowledge of business process optimization, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries.
- Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
