Job Description:
Senior Flutter Developer
We seek an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced mobile applications using Flutter, while utilizing your knowledge of native code to elevate app performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
  • Ensure impeccable application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and rectify bottlenecks, as well as fix bugs.
  • Maintain high-quality code, adhere to organizational standards, and implement automation best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to guarantee top-notch application performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers to promote growth and development within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enrich application functionality.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
  • Flutter Expertise: Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
  • Native Development: Proficient in writing native code for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).
  • Cross-Platform: Experience in developing and deploying cross-platform applications.
  • State Management: Familiarity with state management libraries like Provider, Bloc, Redux, etc.
  • Publishing: Proven track record of publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with version control tools, especially Git.
  • UI/UX: Strong understanding of design principles and interface guidelines for both Android and iOS.
  • Testing: Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
  • APIs: Familiarity with working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Experience with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
  • Contributions to open-source projects.

Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
