Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the advancement of our offerings and foster strong relationships with high net worth individuals and family offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives, focusing on cultivating relationships with HNI/UHNI investors and family offices through consultative sales
  • Oversee the client journey from initial sale to ongoing relationship building, ensuring seamless onboarding and portfolio discussions
  • Effectively communicate investment strategies, emphasizing our unique approach to hyper-personalization, goal-focused investing, and AI-driven decision-making
  • Gather structured feedback from clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development
  • Utilize innovative tools, such as AI-powered agents and CRM software, to drive growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking
  • Strong academic background from reputable institutions and willingness to obtain relevant certifications
  • Proven track record of success in managing HNI/UHNI relationships, particularly with younger or tech-savvy clients
  • Ambitious mindset with a focus on AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action
