Part-Time Dance Teacher Job Opening

Primrose Play School in Mohali is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic part-time dance teacher to lead engaging dance sessions for young children.


About Us:

  • We are an early learning center focused on the holistic development of young minds through academics, creativity, and physical activity.
  • We believe in learning through movement, music, and play.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and conduct fun, age-appropriate dance sessions for preschool and kindergarten children.
  2. Introduce basic dance movements, rhythm, and coordination through creative activities.
  3. Organize performances or small presentations during school events or annual day functions.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages self-expression and confidence.
  5. Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate movement into the overall curriculum when possible.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in teaching dance to young children (preferred).
  • Training or background in any dance form (classical, contemporary, bollywood, freestyle, etc.).
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work 2-3 days a week (exact schedule to be discussed). Candidates residing in or near Mohali preferred.
