As a senior leader in our data science initiatives, you will drive business growth across focus categories by leading and mentoring a team of experienced analytics professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of 20+ business analysts and data scientists.
  • Implement best practices in analytics, experimentation, and machine learning deployment to enhance business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards, AI-driven data products, and predictive models to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee product analytics efforts, including experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical validation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • At least 12-15 years of experience in data analytics and data science, with a minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams, with a strong background in people management.
  • Hands-on experience as an analyst/data scientist, with expertise in SQL, R, Python, and standard ML libraries.
  • Exposure to advanced ML techniques and a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions.
