- Work closely with the Fund Manager
- Part of the core investment research team
- Identify and evaluate investable ideas in listed equities across sectors
- Conduct thorough internal processes and monitor existing investments

- Develop individual skills and knowledge in one or more sectors
- Forecast companies' future performance with reasonable accuracy
- Provide original investment arguments
- Value companies using DCF or equivalent method
