Job Title: Legal Executive

This is a highly sought-after role that requires a deep understanding of legal principles and practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support informed business decisions.
  • Draft and review various legal agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and other contracts.
  • Create and revise essential documents, such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, terms and conditions.
  • Provide expert support to the HR department in drafting and reviewing human resources documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • Experience:
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Skills:
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
