  • Mentoring junior software engineers and clearly communicating findings through presentations and reporting
  • Developing high-level design and decomposing them into detailed designs
  • Creating software detailed designs and supporting their implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams
  • Designing and developing complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Understanding API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations
  • Liaising with global teams within the organization
Required skills and qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in application design and development
  • At least 3 years of experience in low-level design, implementation, and validation
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process
  • Experience in designing and developing software solutions in AUTOSAR
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • Good understanding on ISO26262
