Graphic Design Leadership Role

As a senior graphic design leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of creative designs for educational content. This includes managing in-house graphics teams, overseeing digital and print materials creation, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-House Graphics Management: Lead in-house graphics team to develop creative designs for educational content, manage workflow, assign tasks, provide guidance, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee digital and print materials creation, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.
  • Outsourcing and Vendor Management: Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics, ensure they meet company standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency: Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines, review and approve graphic materials, and maintain consistency in visual style and branding.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of proven experience in graphic design, 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Edtech industry projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
