Senior Graphic Designer Position

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bold branding, eye-catching social media campaigns, and scroll-stopping ad designs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of all creatives - static and video - for clients across digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and more).
    • Understand and deliver on digital marketing objectives through smart, strategic, and visually engaging visuals.
    • Lead a small but mighty creative team, guiding, reviewing, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
    • Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to translate briefs into high-impact designs.
    • Uphold design consistency, brand guidelines, and creative excellence across all client work.
    • Plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A strong background in advertising industry, with expertise in digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and motion design skills.
  • Team leadership experience, with a proven track record of mentoring junior designers or editors and providing clear, tactful feedback.
  • Strong grasp of visual communication, layout, branding, and digital aesthetics.
