Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Perform data analysis, including data mappings, feeds, modelling (relational and message), and transformation in an Enterprise Environment.
  • Develop logical and physical data models for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Document technical requirements, system diagrams, and deliverables.
  • Attend design reviews with developers, testers, and end users.
  • Conduct impact assessments on applications when new functions are proposed or designed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in project plans detailing effort and time required.
  • Meet allocated milestones.
  • Extract data using SQL for analysis.
  • Take initiative to suggest new standards and implement strategies.
  • Assist project managers to keep project status up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • MBA from leading institutes.
  • Significant experience in software development life cycle and web technologies.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Cross-functional business and application knowledge.
  • Technical background to create functional requirements and detail specifications.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
  • ETL tools.
  • RDMS concepts.
  • HTML Editor tools.
  • Able to learn new software quickly.
