Senior Fire Protection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees and clients by implementing fire prevention measures and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment setup upon arrival at a fire scene.
- Dispatch and accompany the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to fire scenes.
- Prepare plans and execute fire and life safety evacuation drills and other related trainings for team members and occupants.
- Complete rescue, firefighting, and salvage operations at fire scenes, using established procedures to determine if individuals are trapped within a burning facility and taking appropriate actions to secure their rescue.
- Secure affected structures to prevent rekindling and take inventory of all equipment after suppression has been achieved.
- Record equipment left at the site and incident reports, while maintaining updated knowledge of pre-fire plans and liaising with government authorities for periodic NOC renewals.
- Attend and provide information for pre-fire planning studies, as well as maintain accurate records of fire equipment maintenance and training.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and procedures.
